Special Inspections, QC & Material Testing
We provide special inspections and quality control services along with construction material testing (CMT) to ensure projects meet code and design specifications from the ground up. Our inspectors and technicians deliver accurate, timely reporting throughout every phase of construction, including residential inspections for new builds, additions, and renovations.
USACE CQM-C Certified
Federal and USACE projects come with a mountain of QC paperwork that nobody wants to own full-time. We do. Bring us in on a per-project basis. You focus on building, we'll handle the binder.
Phase 1 & 2 ESAs and Stormwater Inspections
Louisville Geotech performs Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments (ESA) to support property due diligence, financing, and development decisions. We also provide MSD stormwater and green infrastructure inspections, helping clients stay compliant with local stormwater regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
